Construction Manager – Restaurant Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of new restaurant builds for Brinker’s brands, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards. Based in Coppell, TX, this hybrid role works closely with Real Estate, Design, Facilities and Operations teams from pre‑construction through opening.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of new restaurant construction projects, from planning to opening.
• Manage general contractors, vendors and consultants to align with scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless hand‑offs and operational readiness.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress, quality standards and compliance with plans.
• Review construction documents, scopes of work and project plans for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes and company policies.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track and minimize disruptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction projects, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive risk‑management mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Required skills
