Construction Manager

About the role
The Construction Manager will oversee large, complex building projects across all phases, from pre‑construction through warranty. Working primarily on‑site in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County, the role collaborates closely with project leadership, clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support project leadership in managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders.
- Monitor construction activities, evaluate field issues, and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Prepare and deliver daily construction observation reports and progress updates.
- Maintain open communication with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Coordinate delivery of FF&E and other owner‑contracted services.
- Assist with project commissioning, closeout, and warranty activities.
- Travel periodically to project sites, client offices, and company offices as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
