Construction Manager II

About the role

Construction Manager II is an experienced builder responsible for overseeing the on‑site construction process for assigned residential communities. The role requires independent management of all construction stages to deliver homes on schedule, within budget and to company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary company representative at construction sites, supervising trade partners and daily construction activities.
• Manage construction schedules, critical path timelines and cycle‑time requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor production levels and staffing to meet divisional delivery and closing targets.
• Control budgets and ensure homes are completed 100 % before homeowner orientation dates.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a builder managing complex residential communities.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with trade partners and a focus on customer service.
