Construction Laborer – Vermont Projects

About the role

PC Construction is looking for safety‑oriented laborers to join its employee‑owned team and work on a variety of construction projects throughout Vermont. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to site safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, site clean‑up, and basic demolition.
• Assist skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and supplying tools and materials.
• Load and unload trucks, move equipment, and ensure materials are stored safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing project locations across the state as required.

Required profile

• Safety‑focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
• 2–3 years of construction labor experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple job sites within Vermont.
• Reliability and punctuality.
