Construction Laborer / Installer – Full-time in Colorado Springs

About the role

Groundworks is seeking motivated Construction Laborers/Installers to join its award‑winning team in Colorado Springs. You will work on foundation repair, crawl‑space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete stabilization projects, gaining hands‑on experience while advancing your career.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, carry, and load heavy materials (up to 50 lb) on job sites.
• Perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks, including digging and back‑filling trenches or holes.
• Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required for promotion).
