Construction Laborer – Entry Level (Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX)

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Construction Laborer to join our crew on marine and civil projects in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area. The role involves performing basic physical tasks that support skilled trades and keep the job site running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sites, handle and move materials, and perform general cleaning.
• Assist carpenters, equipment operators, welders and other tradespeople.
• Use power and hand tools such as circular saws, hammers, and drills.
• Operate motorized equipment and install or remove construction materials at heights using fall‑protection measures.
• Perform tasks that require frequent lifting (up to 75 lb), stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.

Required profile

• Physically fit with good balance and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 lb repeatedly.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in formwork or concrete construction labor is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
