Construction Foreman – Concrete Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead concrete crews on commercial projects across the United States. Based in Tulsa, OK, you will travel to job sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality concrete installation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan and organize daily work assignments to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Ensure proper site layout, elevations, grades, and formwork before concrete placement.
• Direct forming, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and stripping operations.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete assigned work.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower, production, equipment usage, and safety observations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and enforce OSHA regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading concrete crews.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb and lift up to 50 lb; work outdoors in varying weather and extended hours.
• Preferred OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications.
