Construction Field Manager

About the role

Hidalgo's Masonry is expanding its operations across the Carolinas and is seeking two hands‑on Construction Field Managers – one for Wilmington, NC and another for Myrtle Beach, SC. In this role you will lead on‑site crews, ensure projects stay on schedule, and uphold the company’s high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities on active job sites within the assigned region.
• Lead, motivate and support field crews to deliver quality masonry work on time.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with crews, drivers, vendors, and company leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and adjust plans as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Track and report project progress to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in construction or masonry.
• Previous experience supervising crews or serving as a foreman/lead.
• Strong leadership presence respected by crews.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and job specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and travel between sites.
