Construction Contract Administrator – Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Construction Services team at Central Plateau Cleanup Company is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to manage procurement activities that support the remediation of the Central Plateau. This role combines contract administration, supply‑chain coordination, and compliance to ensure safe and effective project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement actions from pre‑planning through contract closeout in line with established policies.
• Administer multiple contract types, applying best‑practice procurement judgment.
• Evaluate Requests for Equitable Adjustments and manage contract changes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation to meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate pre‑procurement and post‑award activities with internal customers and related departments.
• Analyze complex procurement issues and provide sound business recommendations.
• Serve as a resource for team members, lead limited‑risk projects, and contribute to training and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years (Grade 16) or 6+ years (Grade 17) of relevant procurement or contract administration experience.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain management for construction services and fabrication.
• Ability to work within broad guidelines while exercising discretion on significant matters.
