Congress Event Consultant

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Consultant to manage congress engagement logistics, serving as the primary coordination resource for customer engagement activities. The role involves planning, scheduling, and operational support before and during congresses, working closely with customer teams, thought leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage congress engagement logistics from planning through execution.
• Coordinate meeting requests, schedule updates, and attendee communications.
• Maintain accurate engagement records and tracking systems.
• Monitor action items and follow‑up activities across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned congress programs.
• Coordinate room schedules, meeting logistics, and attendee requirements.
• Provide on‑site support during congress execution and troubleshoot logistical issues.
• Create reporting, reconciliation, and post‑congress activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, congress management, customer operations, or project coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site congress support (approximately 40% travel).
