Conference Event Producer

About the role

Bisnow is seeking a Conference Event Producer to join its team in a hybrid capacity, working from either the Houston or Dallas office a few days a week and remotely the rest. You will be responsible for creating and managing high‑impact conferences that connect commercial real‑estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and recruit potential speakers, including C‑level executives.
• Educate speakers on the value of participating in Bisnow events.
• Research innovative content ideas and program topics relevant to the CRE industry.
• Collaborate with sales to secure sponsorships and drive revenue.
• Manage speaker relations from initial outreach through day‑of execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event production.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple events.
• Build partnerships with local associations and community groups to boost attendance.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in live event production or commercial real‑estate/property management.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and strong project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management capabilities.
