Concrete Foreman

About the role

Turner is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead a large‑scale construction project in Monroe, Louisiana. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and includes travel allowances for occasional home visits.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and complete concrete projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety compliance.
• Lead and coordinate concrete crews, subcontractors, and vendors on tasks such as paving, retaining walls, foundations, and tilt‑wall concrete.
• Review construction documents, develop concrete work schedules, and create recovery strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Perform construction layout using surveying practices and equipment, and manage pre‑pour planning, weather monitoring, and quality control.
• Inspect embeds and anchor bolts before, during, and after pours, and oversee material and equipment delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising concrete crews and managing trade teams on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of concrete installation methods, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Effective communication with project staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
