Concrete Cutting Operator – Kennewick, WA

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Concrete Cutting Operator to join our Kennewick, Washington branch. The role involves performing a variety of concrete cutting and core drilling projects while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate wall saws, core drills, flat saws, hand tools, and power tools (or learn to operate them).
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe tool usage.
• Prepare job sites and clean up after project completion.
• Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and comply with safety policies.
• Use daily documentation software to record work activities.

Required profile

• Pass a required drug screen and DOT physical.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of concrete cutting experience (preferred).
• Positive, responsible attitude with strong punctuality and organization.
• Self‑starter who can also work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of wall saws, core drills, flat saws, hand tools, and power tools.
• Equipment maintenance.
• Adherence to safety procedures.
• Proficiency with documentation software.
