About the role

Kimmel & Associates, a leading commercial concrete contractor specializing in tilt‑up construction, is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead projects along Florida’s East Coast. The role involves overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while managing crews, subcontractors, and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial concrete projects.
• Maintain strong focus on jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Manage field resources to support budget objectives.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects moving forward.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong background in commercial concrete construction.
• Proven ability to oversee field operations, crews, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
