About the role

The Concierge – THEA at Metropolis supports residents and prospects by providing a welcoming front‑desk experience and coordinating a range of resident services. Working in a high‑traffic leasing office, you will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone inquiries, and service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects, residents, and visitors, ensuring a comfortable waiting environment.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service‑request callbacks.
• Provide information on local market resources and resident programs.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating resident events and services.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front‑desk area, including handling mail and deliveries.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of concierge, customer‑service, high‑end retail, hotel, or residential experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends, typically 9 am–6 pm, with flexibility based on business needs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
