About the role
The Concierge – THEA at Metropolis supports Greystar’s resident community by delivering front‑desk services, coordinating resident programs, and acting as a primary information source for local market resources.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area, ensuring a welcoming environment while they wait for assistance.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up on completed service‑request callbacks.
- Maintain the guest‑suite schedule, verifying payments and cleanliness before guest arrivals.
- Organise and implement resident services and community programs in a stabilised property of 685 units.
- Provide information on local market resources and assist residents with everyday needs.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with Yardi property‑management software.
- Availability to work weekends and a schedule covering Tuesday through Saturday.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
