Concierge – Residential Services at Metro Edgewater

About the role

The Concierge provides front‑line resident services and acts as a primary information source for residents at Metro Edgewater. Working in a high‑rise, stabilized community, you will ensure a welcoming environment for prospects, residents, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage lobby flow and visitor comfort.
• Answer and route phone calls, follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before office opening.
• Document package arrivals and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support other properties or attend training.
