Concierge – Resident Services Specialist

About the role

The Concierge is the front‑line host for residents and prospects at Sandalwood Village, delivering a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales team, the role supports both sales activities and day‑to‑day resident services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents in the leasing office, ensuring comfort while they wait.
• Answer and route phone calls, and follow up on service‑request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest‑suite schedule, guaranteeing payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading‑dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning for resident use.
• Log and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services and other community‑provided amenities.
• Assist in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keep up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work collaboratively with community and sales teams.
