Concierge – Resident Services

About the role

The Concierge provides front‑line resident services, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents at the Indigo community. This role ensures a welcoming environment, coordinates daily operations, and supports the community team with resident programs and amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage visitor flow, and maintain a comfortable waiting area.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, ensure payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on‑call as needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
