About the role

The Concierge at 44 Monroe provides front‑line support to residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience in the leasing office and community areas. This part‑time position is based on‑site in Phoenix and serves as a key point of contact for resident services and local market resources.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, creating a friendly atmosphere while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries to the appropriate staff, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment is recorded and suites are clean for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for resident move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning so they are ready for resident use.
• Log and manage all package deliveries, notifying residents promptly.
