About the role

The Concierge provides front‑line support to residents and prospects, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations within the community. This full‑time position coordinates resident services, manages guest accommodations, and serves as a primary information source for local market resources.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area, ensuring comfort while they wait for assistance.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, verify payment, and ensure cleanliness for each arrival.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning to be tour‑ready before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries, record arrival information, and notify residents promptly.
• Organize and implement resident programs and services, acting as an information hub for local resources.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as scheduling, guest services, and package handling.
• Knowledge of local market resources to assist residents.
