Concierge – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge provides personalized guest services at a Marriott property in Lahaina, Hawaii. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, ensuring each stay is memorable through attentive and efficient assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other special arrangements.
• Gather and share information about property amenities, local attractions, events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and document pertinent information.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
