Concierge Agent – 24/7 Weekend & Overnight Support

About the role

As a Concierge Agent providing 24/7 weekend and overnight coverage, you will be the reliable point of contact for customers when markets are active around the clock. This position blends the customer‑focused ethos of our Concierge team with the market expertise of the Trade Desk, offering a pathway toward a licensed trading career.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, chat, and email during weekend/overnight shifts.
• Assist customers with account updates, beneficiary changes, trading level adjustments, and platform navigation on desktop, web, and mobile.
• Support ACH, wire, withdrawal, ACAT, and crypto transactions, and resolve related issues with Banking.
• Handle inquiries on futures, futures options, 24‑hour stocks, event contracts, and GTH index options, including order entry and trade status.
• Escalate execution disputes, margin‑deficit cases, and complex risk events to senior staff.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce and produce shift handoff reports.
• Participate in FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, 63, 3) and shadow licensed representatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of customer‑service experience (financial services a plus).
• Willingness to commit to a Wed‑Sat or Thu‑Sun weekend/overnight schedule for at least two years.
• Genuine interest in markets, trading, and derivatives.
• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) usage for documenting interactions.
