Concessions Supervisor - PNC Field

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Concessions Supervisor for PNC Field, the 10,000-seat home of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. The role oversees daily food and beverage operations at games and events, supervising and training concession staff, managing inventory and cash, and ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance. It is a seasonal, part-time, hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Concessions Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support concession staff during games and special events, and train them on customer service, food preparation and safety procedures
• Ensure stands comply with food safety, sanitation and health department regulations, and monitor product quality, portions and presentation
• Manage inventory and track food, beverage and supply levels
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations and end-of-shift reconciliation
• Resolve guest questions and concerns promptly
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of concession areas before and after events
• Enforce company policies, stadium rules and safety protocols, and communicate with management on staffing, sales and operations
• Help with ballpark operations and assist with scheduling and staffing adjustments

Required profile

• At least 18 years old
• Food service, concessions, hospitality or retail experience preferred
• Lead, supervisory or key-holder experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as a stadium, arena or restaurant preferred
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift 25-50 pounds, and work in hot, crowded concession areas
• Stamina for long shifts, including evenings, weekends and consecutive event days
