Concessions Supervisor

About the role

Legends Global supports live events, venues and brands with a white-label range of services, including hospitality, merchandise and venue management. The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality, working on site at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training and counseling of event staff, and directly manage event-day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, and conduct physical audits and reconciliations.
• Train staff on responsible service of alcohol and enforce compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, product and food quality.
• Ensure cash and alcohol handling procedures are documented and followed, and help co-workers comply with service, inventory and cash-control standards.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service.
• Able to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays, and in an open-air environment in all weather.
• Able to lift 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and to move up and down stairs and ramps.
• Follows safety policies and completes company safety training.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $25, commensurate with experience.
