About the role

The Concessions Cook at the Toyota Pavilion in Concord prepares and cooks food items that deliver high quality taste and appearance, satisfying guests and maximizing food revenues. The employer is Legends, a hospitality agency that works with brands across professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare, hold and serve products at the correct temperatures, with proper rotation, labeling and dating.
• Use the proper utensils and portions, and keep the work area clean, sanitized and organized.
• Keep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinets.
• Coordinate orders so they are cooked on time and accurately, and help restock paper supplies and food items.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as set out in the Employee Training Manual, and follow sanitary practices for food handling and kitchen/serving area maintenance.
• May be assigned to work multiple stations during a shift and assist other positions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and complete safety training.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions and to work under pressure and independently.
