Concessions Cook (Part-Time)

About the role

ASM Global is hiring a Concessions Cook in Albuquerque, reporting to the F&B Supervisor/Manager. This is a part-time, hourly position in the Food & Beverage department, responsible for preparing and serving hot and/or cold food items in line with company and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, measure and portion food items in a timely manner, paying attention to detail and consistency in service
• Maintain, organize and clean equipment, and keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized and stocked
• Pack products to specification and set up kitchen equipment
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed
• Follow waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet
• Comply with quality standards, company policies and food safety rules

Required profile

• Minimum age 18; 6 months to 1 year of food service experience desired
• Flexible, with a sense of urgency, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to handle undefined tasks
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation

Required skills

• Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing and sanitation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
