About the role

The Computer Hardware Ordering Analyst provides essential support to the University of Arkansas by managing the procurement and tracking of computer hardware components. This hourly, temporary position ensures that faculty, staff, and students receive the equipment they need in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for computer hardware and related accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Respond to internal requests for hardware, providing status updates and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the university’s finance and IT departments to ensure compliance with budgeting and technical standards.
