Compliance Officer

About the role

The Global Ethics Office at Invesco is seeking a Compliance Officer to support North American employees. You will ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics, personal trading policies, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts & entertainment rules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide education and answer employee queries on personal trading, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts & entertainment.
• Monitor completion of required reports, including acknowledgment forms, brokerage account listings, holdings reports, and quarterly transaction reports.
• Review and approve or deny personal trading pre‑clearance requests using the Star Compliance system.
• Conduct post‑trade monitoring to verify compliance with trading policies.
• Investigate policy violations and issue educational letters as needed.
• Perform additional tasks related to compliance as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical ability and capacity to make time‑sensitive decisions.
• Interest in compliance and financial services markets.
• High digital acumen.
