Compliance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Compliance Coordinator to manage product testing, compliance execution, and issue resolution for our national brand portfolio. The role works closely with product development, factories, overseas teams and internal compliance groups to keep products on schedule and meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update production testing trackers for national brand and replenishment items.
• Coordinate product testing submissions with third‑party labs (e.g., UL, SGS, Intertek) and prepare all required documentation.
• Track testing timelines, manage delays, and support China teams and factories on testing requirements.
• Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for approval.
• Collaborate with internal compliance and QA teams on conditional approvals, retests, and change requests.
• Manage the annual testing program for replenishment items, including sample preparation and UL applications.
• Handle retailer and buyer issue resolution, especially for Walmart.com complaints, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, compliance, product testing, or supply‑chain coordination.
• Experience in consumer goods, housewares, or electronics is preferred.
• Strong organizational, data‑tracking and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with factories and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a basic understanding of product safety or regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data tracking.
• Experience with third‑party labs such as UL, SGS, Intertek.
• Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) processes.
• Familiarity with retail compliance requirements (e.g., Walmart, Amazon).
