Compliance and Legal Analyst

About the role

CapCenter is seeking a Compliance & Legal Analyst to join its Legal & Compliance team. In this position you will support corporate legal, regulatory compliance, governance, licensing, and audit activities across the organization, gaining exposure to a broad range of compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance management systems and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and track mortgage licenses, entity registrations, and renewals across multiple states.
• Conduct internal audits, vendor reviews, and support quality‑control processes.
• Coordinate logistics for compliance training.
• Draft departmental correspondence and management reports.
• Research initiatives to support responsible business expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant legal, compliance, or regulatory support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
