Compliance Analyst

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its corporate compliance team in Austin, Texas. The analyst will support the company’s commitment to ethical practices and regulatory excellence across health‑care professional (HCP) interactions, anti‑bribery, third‑party management and commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HCP engagements comply with Enovis policies, including need assessments, qualification, fair market value analysis, contracting, activity reporting and payments.
• Administer and train users on the automated workflow tool that manages HCP interactions.
• Review, approve and manage funding requests such as commercial sponsorships, fellowship and educational grants, charitable contributions and product donations.
• Monitor industry regulations, laws and standards; analyze changes and assess organizational impact.
• Support development, update and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in creating and delivering compliance training programs for employees.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of regulations governing HCP interactions, anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption, third‑party management and commercial practices.
• Ability to act as a collaborative, customer‑centric business partner and enhance compliance processes.
• Proactive in staying current with regulatory developments and translating them into actionable guidance.
