Completions Operator – Houma, LA

About the role

The Completions Operator based in Houma, LA ensures safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to customers. Working both on‑shore in the workshop and offshore, the operator supports field operations, captures data, and helps improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Capture field data and prepare supporting documentation for job invoices.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Execute service delivery tasks and participate in job risk analysis.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work, and manage risk.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Participate in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and quality initiatives while wearing required PPE.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Oil field experience is a plus but not required.
• Previous offshore experience is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work in the Houma workshop when not offshore.

Required skills

• Familiarity with completion tools such as gauges.
• Experience with packers.
• Knowledge of surface‑controlled subsurface safety valves (SCSSV).
