Compensation Advisor II

About the role

We are looking for a Compensation Advisor II to join our global HR team. In this role you will use your expertise in compensation design and analysis to help shape fair, competitive reward programs that attract and retain top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel to HR Partners and managers on compensation‑related matters.
• Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures through market surveys, pay equity analysis and collaboration with the broader HR team.
• Research and analyse reward data and market trends to ensure our programs remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist HR Partners and business leaders during pay review cycles.
• Monitor competitive market trends, review compensation legislation and assess organizational positioning.
• Address reward inquiries via the myHR case‑management system, delivering timely and accurate responses.
• Contribute to incentive program design, HR frameworks, stakeholder engagement, HR data management and job evaluation processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing and supporting compensation and rewards programs, including job evaluation, job architecture, competitive compensation analysis, pay‑for‑performance and pay‑equity analytics.
• Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary administration and market‑benchmarking practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures while providing clear guidance.
• Residency in an EST or CST time zone.
