Compassionate Caregiver – Flexible Shifts

About the role

One You Love Homecare is seeking caring individuals to provide non‑medical home care to seniors across North, South, and West Houston. You will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and remind clients to take medication.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to appointments.
• Observe infection‑control protocols and follow care plans.
• Clock in/out, document tasks, and report any changes in client condition.

Required profile

• Prior caregiving or home‑care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance if required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and assist with client transfers.
