Community Support Supervisor

About the role

The Community Support Supervisor leads the daily operations of Community Support Specialists, ensuring high‑quality service for residents and operational excellence across Greystar’s Dallas communities. This position works closely with real‑estate operators, business leaders, and the Resource Center to embed best practices and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and standardize processes, tools, policies, and metrics that support operational excellence.
• Provide input on operating policies and assist with training, tools, and system roll‑outs for the centralized Resource Center.
• Oversee the daily tasks of direct reports, ensuring KPI achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with onsite leaders and support groups to resolve service issues and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Support the Resource Center’s operations for a limited number of communities.
• Prepare and analyze HR, financial, and administrative reports as required.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling legal documents and property‑related inquiries.
• Experience supervising a team in a property‑management or real‑estate environment.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software (preferred).
