Community Safety & Security Professional – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Community Safety & Security Professional works the 2nd shift at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located just outside Nashville, Tennessee. You will join a highly trained team responsible for protecting members, guests, employees, and contractors while delivering superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced protection services at a designated post.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
• Conduct quarterly firearm qualification, tactics training, and monthly sustainment training.
• Manage access control using systems, lists, and logs; detect and deny unauthorized entry.
• Identify and report safety hazards and security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain presence on the premises for the full 2:00 PM‑10:00 PM shift, both indoors and outdoors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military.
• Valid Tennessee Armed Guard License with Dallas Law training.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and work flexible hours.
• Pass a shooting qualification before hire and quarterly thereafter.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email.
• Experience using access‑control systems and maintaining logs.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication.
