Community Porter – Loden

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Community Porter to maintain the appearance and safety of its Loden property. The role involves daily inspections, litter removal, lock management, and supporting the service team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist with unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license for golf‑cart operation.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation ranging from $23.00 to $25.00.
