Community Outreach & Events Coordinator

About the role

Brooks Law Group is looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven Community Outreach & Events Coordinator to expand the firm’s presence in the communities it serves. The role involves planning weekly community events, cultivating referral relationships, and representing the firm at networking and charitable activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with medical providers, attorneys, businesses, chambers of commerce, schools, non‑profits and community leaders.
• Schedule weekly visits with referral partners, deliver marketing materials, and track activities in the firm’s CRM.
• Plan, coordinate and execute at least one community event each week, handling venue selection, budgeting, vendor and volunteer coordination, promotion, logistics, and post‑event reporting.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to gather event photos/videos, assist with social media content, and help produce community newsletters.
• Maintain outreach calendars, prepare monthly reports, track event attendance, and monitor event budgets.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for meeting people and building partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet weekly event deadlines.
• Professional demeanor when representing the firm in public settings.
