Community Manager – Wildomar, CA

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a lease‑up property in Wildomar, California. You will lead the on‑site team, manage daily activities, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and coordinate daily operations for a 150‑unit lease‑up community.
• Monitor and control budgets, financial performance, and expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Drive leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals during the lease‑up phase.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of community manager experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Strong financial management background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and meet budgetary objectives.
