About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a stabilized residential property in VRV. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of community management experience in multifamily housing.
- Strong financial management abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
