Community Manager – VRV

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its VRV property in Stanton, California. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized 300‑unit community, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead and develop on‑site staff, scheduling work and monitoring performance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and drive cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of community management experience in multi‑family housing.
• Strong financial management abilities and a proven track record of meeting budget targets.
• Knowledge of applicable housing laws and regulations.
