Community Manager – THEA

About the role

The Community Manager – THEA will oversee the daily operations of a stabilized 685‑unit property in Los Angeles. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, drive resident engagement, and ensure financial and regulatory performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Achieve budgeted financial goals by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and reconcile charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, and process evictions or late‑fee collections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Proven track record with renewal, retention, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Strong reporting orientation and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Weekend availability required (Thursday‑Monday schedule).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Advanced Excel skills for budgeting and reporting.
