Community Manager – The Lochley

About the role

The Community Manager for The Lochley will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of this multifamily property, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. Reporting to senior management, you will act as the primary point of contact for both residents and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property’s budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts.
• Manage petty cash and ensure expenditures stay within approved limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
