Community Manager (Temporary) – Baldwyn

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to cover a temporary leave of absence at its Baldwyn property. The role is focused on overseeing daily operations, leading the on‑site team, and ensuring the community meets financial and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, including maintenance repairs, within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff, handling hiring, training, performance management, and goal attainment.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory skills to hire, lead, and evaluate team members.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Yardi/OneSite property management software.
