Community Manager – Tavera

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized residential property in Tavera. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including team supervision, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Analyze financial statements, assist in budget development, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and reconcile expenses against the approved budget.
• Maintain petty cash, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Oversee lease enforcement, conduct resident screenings, process renewals, and handle evictions and late‑fee collections.
• Conduct periodic apartment inspections and ensure property compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of community management experience; affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of property‑management financials and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
