Community Manager – Sunnyvale Crossings

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Sunnyvale Crossings property. You will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and ensure the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations and coordinate staff activities.
• Maintain budgetary control and achieve established financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Foster a positive resident experience and address community concerns promptly.
• Oversee maintenance, leasing, and resident services to sustain property performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2–4 years in property‑management leadership.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
