Community Manager – Silver

About the role

The Community Manager – Silver oversees daily operations of a stabilized, mid‑rise property with 268 units. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures financial performance, compliance with housing regulations, and high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting fees, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of property management or community management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Funnel, and CRM systems.
• Experience in financial reporting, budget development, and supervising a team.
• Strong organizational, resourcefulness, and customer‑service abilities.
