Community Manager – Silo (Morrison Ranch)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Silo property at Morrison Ranch. The role oversees daily operations, manages the on‑site team, and ensures the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage petty cash and control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
