Community Manager – Sabine Street Lofts

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager for the Sabine Street Lofts portfolio. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience for this multifamily property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Ensure rent collection, process payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and control expenditures within approved limits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, rent adjustments, inspections, and enforcement actions.
• Monitor market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations such as Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
